Sudbury and Manitoulin Support for Parents

Support your mental health

Our partners at Public Health Sudbury & Districts have a number of strategies you can consider to manage your mental health, stay positive and stay connected while in isolation.

Our friends at the YMCA offer free programs that can be done anytime, anywhere.

Mindfulness and meditation

Take a break and balance your day with some silent reflection. The Canadian Mental Health Association reminds us to take a minute, step away from the clutter of our day-to-day, and be present. So take a break, balance your day, rest your mind and click on any of these links to help you along in your journey!
